We specialize in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke fitted wardrobes and storage solutions. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in your individual contract.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period. Quotes include VAT (where applicable), design, manufacture, and installation unless otherwise specified.

3. Orders and Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the installation. We accept payments by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other agreed methods.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days after order confirmation may incur charges based on work already completed. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, refunds are not available once manufacturing has begun.

5. Installation

We aim to complete installations on the agreed date. However, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues, illness, or extreme weather) may cause delays. We will keep you informed and reschedule as necessary.

6. Guarantee

Our fitted wardrobes come with a 10 year guarantee covering materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, and designs—is the property of The Fitted Wardrobes Company and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the specific service or product in question.
